Donations are allocated to specific featured campaigns or general relief funds as designated by the donor during contribution.

4. Eligibility to Donate

By making a donation through this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian authorization.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding financial transactions under applicable law.
• The funds donated belong to you or you are explicitly authorized to use the payment source.

5. Donation & Payment Terms

All donations made online are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or supported currencies via secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and contact information.

Swan Turbines Foundation does not directly store sensitive financial details such as credit/debit card PINs, CVVs, or bank net-banking passwords.

6. Donation Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment processing, an automated electronic receipt and confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided during donation.

Donors should retain their digital transaction reference numbers and confirmation emails for personal accounting and record-keeping.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate commitment of funds to charitable activities, voluntary donations are generally non-refundable. However, genuine technical errors or unauthorized duplicate transactions may be considered under our dedicated Refund / Cancellation Policy within 7 calendar days of transaction date.

8. Tax Deduction Information

Tax exemption benefits (such as Section 80G under the Indian Income Tax Act) apply only where explicitly approved and legally certified by statutory authorities.

9. Donor Responsibilities & Website Usage
